Once the USB cable is removed, the entire pc instantly revives.
After hours, the situation is still the same. After a few minutes in M圜omputer it shows an innaccesible LocalDisk(G:/) and the freezes again. the M圜omputer folder freezes up, disk management goes into perma loading mode, and HDDSentinel freeze. I pulled the 7 disk out, marking them with the appropriate bay locations.Īfter trying the 10TB disk, i put the old drives back into the correct bays and started the drobo.Īs soon as the drobo connect via usb2 as the ethernet never worked (FU again Drobo support) I had a 10TB disk and wanted to see if i could replace the 2tb it has with a few 10tb disks. Sadly, the last bay died years ago(On an unrelated note, FU Drobo support). It has very few operational hours despite i'ts age. It's used mainly as a backup/archival storage, so it mostly gathers dust.
